Companies may recieve copies of the training certificates and if requested, a class completion letter from the LWSC for their records. It is recommended that companies send thier supervision to our competent person training. Training includes the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, controled access zones. We train workers to understand that safety is a part of being a professional, and we encourage workers to address fall protection issues with thier employers. We encourage and help employers understand how to create fall protection plans and site safety plans. Fall Protection is a concerted effort: Workers must be trained. Supervisors must be trained. Employers must enforce fall protection practices on the jobsite. A safe jobsite is a productive jobsite!
