Job Title: Office Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Office Assistant (English, Spanish) to join our team in Joliet. This role will provide essential administrative and clerical support, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support:
•Answering phones and directing calls
•Managing and organizing files (physical and digital)
•Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
•Scheduling meetings and appointments
•Assisting with travel arrangements
•Maintaining office supplies and equipment

Clerical Duties:
•Sorting and distributing mail and packages
•Scanning and photocopying documents
•Assisting with data entry and other clerical tasks
•Greeting visitors and providing general office assistance
 

Other Duties:
•Supporting other team members as needed
•Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
•Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
•Bilingual English and Spanish
•High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred
•Proven experience in office administration or related field
•Excellent organizational and time management skills
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
•Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
•Experience with scheduling software and/or CRM systems a plus
•Experience working with non-profit organizations
